Choudhary expressed his delight at the Indian women’s lacrosse team winning the bronze medal at the International Lacrosse Tournament held in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. He extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to three talented athletes from Raigarh district: Sonam Banjara, Shanti Pradhan, and Mansi Bhumiya, for this remarkable achievement.
Finance Minister Shri O.P. Choudhary stated that the daughters of Raigarh have brought honor to the country and Chhattisgarh by performing brilliantly on the international sports stage. The Indian women’s lacrosse team displayed excellent sportsmanship in the tournament, defeating Singapore to win the bronze medal.
