She believes that a teacher’s greatest achievement is their successful students, and that mothers play a crucial role in their children’s success. With this vision, she created a door-to-door learning corner and connected mothers with various school activities.
Mothers were involved in activities such as storytelling, creating teaching materials, celebrating local festivals, and summer camps. This resulted in increased mothers’ active participation in their children’s education and improved their academic performance. Additionally, children are also being connected to vocational education through summer camps every year. The goal of both teachers is to provide children with engaging and innovative education, fostering their all-round development. This honor, presented by the Governor on Teachers’ Day, will not only recognize the dedication and innovation of both teachers but will also be a matter of pride for the Raigarh district.
