The election process for the posts of Provincial President and Provincial Secretary of the Chhattisgarh Mandi Karmachari Mahasangh concluded in Raipur on Sunday. Four candidates had filed their candidacies for the post of Provincial President. Mr. Shubham Soni was declared elected unopposed as Provincial Secretary.
After the vote count, Mr. Chunnilal Dhruv received 339 votes, Mr. Malik Ram Porte received 188 votes, Mr. Nand Kishore Soni received 122 votes, and Mr. Ravi Tiwari received 13. Thus, Mr. Chunnilal Dhruv, having received the most votes, was declared elected as the provincial president of the Chhattisgarh Mandi Board and Mandi Employees Federation.
There was an atmosphere of enthusiasm among the employees during the election. Newly elected Provincial President Mr. Chunnilal Dhruv and Provincial Secretary Mr. Shubham Soni expressed their gratitude to all members and said that they would work with complete dedication and honesty for the interests of the employees, the unity and strength of the organization, and the resolution of various problems faced by the Mandi employees.
Besides, the provincial president and provincial secretary strongly condemned the baseless and unfounded allegations made by Mr. Kamlesh Ekka and Mr. Malik Ram Porte against the Managing Director Mandi Board.
On this occasion, the office bearers and members of the Federation congratulated and wished the newly elected provincial president and resolved to make the organization stronger and more effective.
