Reviewed the arrangements at the Transport Office, observed the functioning of online services
Madhya Pradesh Road Transport Secretary Mr. Manish Singh inspected the Sehore District Transport Office under the Chief Minister’s Jan Vishwas Abhiyan program and took stock of the office arrangements, record keeping and the functioning of online services being provided to citizens. He inspected various rooms of the office and the entire premises, observing the status of the operation of transport services and obtained information regarding the arrangements from the concerned officials.
Mr. Singh spoke with the office staff and inquired about the problems they face during work and the difficulties associated with the work process. He instructed District Transport Officer Mr. Ritesh Tiwari and the staff to prioritize citizens’ needs and ensure that there are no unnecessary delays in the delivery of services. He also asked them to maintain orderly office arrangements and ensure transparency in their work.
During the inspection, Secretary Road Transport Mr. Singh reviewed the records maintained in the office and directed the systematic maintenance of documents. He also reviewed the process of online services provided to citizens. He emphasized that transportation-related services should be made available to citizens in a simple, easy, and timely manner, so that they do not face unnecessary inconvenience.
During the inspection, Mr. Singh spoke with citizens who had come to the transport office to obtain driving licenses and gathered information about the transportation service process, online facilities, and the services available at the office. He directed officials to ensure effective work processes and sensitively address citizens’ problems to provide better facilities to the public.
