Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar released the Hindi and English editions of the Madhya Pradesh East Zone Electricity Distribution Company Limited’s departmental corporate magazine “Vidyut Brahmaeti” for October 2026 at the Secretariat on Tuesday. An important reference booklet, “Pay Mitra,” prepared by the company, was also released on the occasion. Principal Secretary Energy Shri Manish Singh and Energy Secretary Shri Vishes Garhpale were present at the event.
The company’s magazine, “Vidyut Brahmaeti,” effectively presents the power sector’s achievements, innovations, technological advancements, customer services, departmental activities, and company innovations. The launch of the English version of the magazine aims to disseminate the company’s achievements, innovations, and best practices to distribution companies, power utilities, and national readers across the country. This will help further strengthen the company’s identity and brand image at the national level.
The newly released magazine “Pay Mitra” compiles important circulars related to pay and allowances from 1984 to the present. This compilation will serve as a useful reference document for officers and employees, as well as retired personnel. This book will prove helpful in obtaining information on any provisions or old circulars related to pay and allowances.
The company has previously produced important reference manuals such as “Establishment Friend” Part 1 and Part 2, “Pension Friend” and “Policy Friend” to preserve institutional knowledge, streamline documentation, and provide employees with essential information in one place. Continuing this series, the publication of “Pay Friend” is a significant example of the company’s commitment to knowledge management and employee well-being.
