- “Solar Didi’s have taken the message of solar energy to every home.

” “Solar Didi’s” have played a crucial role in expanding solar energy in Naragaon. These women have reached out to rural families, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and encouraging them to install solar rooftop systems on their homes. This has provided rural women with the opportunity to lead the development process and increased awareness about clean energy in the village.

Under this model, beneficiaries have not had to pay any additional funds for solar rooftop installation. It has been made successful through the efforts, collective participation, and self-management of Solar Didis.
- “Clean energy promotes environmental protection and self-reliance.”
