Under the Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, tableaux were displayed for the first time in various districts on the theme of “Lakhpati Didi” on January 26, 2026. Most districts received awards for these tableaux displayed at Republic Day celebrations.
In the Republic Day celebrations in Ujjain district, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav honored Drone Didi Mrs. Rupali Modi of Dablahardu village of Tarana development block from the stage for the work done by her.
In this sequence, tableaux were displayed by the districts.
38 districts presented tableaux on this theme. Of these, 10 districts won first place, 7 districts won second, and 7 districts won third.
The districts receiving the first prize include Khargone, Singrauli, Panna, Gwalior, Katni, Neemuch, Satna, Maihar, Shahdol, and Balaghat. The second prize was shared by Raisen, Ujjain, Morena, Lirajpur, Jhabua, Dewas, and Ratlam districts. The third prize was shared by Sehore, Burhanpur, Narmadapuram, Umaria, Chhatarpur, Indore, and Harda districts.
It is noteworthy that Chief Executive Officer Livelihood Mission, Mrs. Harshika Singh had directed to display the tableaux by including the theme “Lakhpati Didi” under the Mission in the tableaux to be displayed in the districts.
