- Instructions given for regular monitoring during review of development works
Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Backward Classes and Minority Welfare, Mrs. Krishna Gaur, reviewed development projects at the ministry on Thursday. During the meeting, she clearly stated that agencies and contractors who are negligent in their work should be terminated. She stated that all work must be completed within the deadline; negligence and delays in public welfare projects will not be tolerated. Minister of State Mrs. Gaur instructed officials to regularly monitor the work and ensure quality is not compromised.
In the review meeting, the progress of construction of railway overbridge from Bawadiyakala Square (Apollo SEZ Hospital) to Ashima Mall, proposed traffic improvement work in Babulal Gaur Setu area, road construction on JK Road, Piplani-Khajuri Road, MGM School Road, Anand Nagar-Transport Nagar Road, Awadhpuri Tiraha to SOS Bal Gram and installation of barriers on both sides of the canal from Mahatma Gandhi Square to New Fort Shiv Mandir, Career College, Shahpura Police Station to Akriti Ecocity was reviewed.
Minister of State Mrs. Gaur urged officials from all relevant departments to expedite the work and ensure that the public receives immediate relief. Officials from the Public Works Department, Municipal Corporation, and other departments were present at the meeting.
