Chief Secretary Mr. Vikassheel honored the officers and employees who performed excellent work in e-office by presenting them with letters of appreciation at the Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan here today. The Chief Secretary has instructed the officers and employees of all the offices of the state government, including the Mantralaya, to compulsorily mark their biometric attendance within the stipulated time. He has warned those who do not do so and asked them to mark their biometric attendance at the stipulated time in the office.
The Chief Secretary stated that failure to record biometric attendance will not be acceptable. He directed all state government offices to operate files exclusively through e-Office. He also stated that officers and employees who perform outstandingly in e-Office will be honored. He also urged all state government officers and employees to be onboarded into e-Office. He stated that, starting next year, leave applications for officers and employees will be accepted only through the e-Office system. He also stated that immovable property details and ACRs will also be filed annually through e-Office. The Chief Secretary urged officers and employees to work with a team spirit and establish Chhattisgarh’s reputation as a state with outstanding performance across the country. He directed officials from the General Administration Department and the National Informatics Center to prepare department-wise e-Office data. Departmental officers and employees should be informed of their work status via SMS.
The Chief Secretary expected everyone to work efficiently in e-Office. He issued necessary instructions to train officers and employees on the e-Office system. Among the officers and employees honored with commendation letters at the e-Office Awards ceremony held at the Ministry were Mrs. Jayshree Jain, Joint Secretary, Forest and Climate Change Department, Mr. Bhupendra Kumar Rajput, Joint Secretary, Tribal Development Department, and Mr. Pranay Mishra, Joint Secretary, Forest and Climate Change Department, for their work in file management through e-Office. In the Deputy Secretary category, Mr. Durdeshi Ram Santapar, Deputy Secretary, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Mr. Tirath Prasad Ladia, and Mr. Kishore Kumar Bhuarya, Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department-1, were honored with commendation letters. In the Under Secretary category, the late Ran Bahadur Gwali, Under Secretary, Law and Legislative Affairs Department, Mr. Arun Kumar Mishra, Under Secretary, Law and Legislative Affairs Department, and Mr. Puranlal Sahu, Under Secretary, Home Department, were awarded commendation letters for their work in e-File management. Among the section officers, Mr. P. Nagarajan, Section Officer of the Home Department, Mr. Nandkumar Meshram, Section Officer of the General Administration Department, and Mr. Bholenath Sarathi, Section Officer of the Forest and Climate Change Department, were given certificates of appreciation. Similarly, for their excellent work in e-files, Mr. Pradeep Kumar, Junior Assistant of the Mineral Resources Department, Mr. Dinanath Sahu, Junior Assistant of the General Administration Department-3, and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Rai, Junior Assistant of the General Administration Department-7, were honored with certificates of appreciation for their work in e-files in the e-office.
In the e-Office felicitation ceremony organized in the ministry, the Chief Secretary honored the ministerial officers and employees for their punctual attendance. Among those who secured first position in the top 10, Under Secretary Shri Rajendra Prasad Tripathi, Joint Secretary Shri Bhupendra Kumar Rajput, Stenographer Shri Naveen Nag, Assistant Section Officer Shri Yogendra Kurre, Additional Secretary Shri Chandrakumar Kashyap, Joint Secretary Shri Anupam Trivedi, Under Secretary Shri Manoj Kumar Jaiswal, Assistant Section Officer Shri Pawan Kumar Sahu, Stenographer Bhavana Yadav and Additional Secretary Shri Bhupendra Kumar Vasnikar were honored with certificates of appreciation.
