Chief Secretary Shri Vikassheel has directed the heads of all state government departments to compulsorily onboard their departments for the i-Got training program under Mission Karmayogi. He urged all departments to be onboarded. The Chief Secretary also directed officers and employees of all departments to sign up via their mobile phones. Officers and employees of all state government departments will be trained for departmental skill development as per their needs. The Chief Secretary has asked all department heads to design training courses for their officers and employees based on their respective departmental needs. Today, on the occasion of Sadhana Week, a workshop was organized to train officers and employees of all departments under the i-Got training program under the Karmayogi Mission. The workshop was attended by key officials from state government departments, including departmental secretaries, joint secretaries, deputy secretaries, under secretaries, and section officers. Chief officers from all districts joined the program via video conference.
At the beginning of the workshop, it was stated that employees should be connected to the digital learning platforms i-Got and e-HRMS to enhance their capacity and skill development. The Chief Secretary also stated that the use of AI on the i-Got platform is increasing and will be helpful in providing smart and effective training to employees. He emphasized the need to ensure 100% onboarding and achieve positive results by optimally utilizing available resources. Officers and employees were also informed that training is not only about skill development but also about raising awareness, ensuring that each employee becomes well-versed in the department’s plans and procedures.
