Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai paid homage to Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on his birth anniversary by offering flowers to his photograph at the Chief Minister’s residence in the capital Raipur today. Education Minister Shri Gajendra Yadav, MLA Shri Rohit Sahu and other public representatives were present on the occasion.
Chief Minister Shri Sai, while remembering the personality and work of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, said that he dedicated his entire life for the protection of the rights of the deprived, exploited and backward classes and for their upliftment.
The Chief Minister said that the life of Baba Saheb inspires us to strengthen the values of harmony, justice and equality in the society and ensure the benefits of development reach the last person. He called upon the people of the state to imbibe the ideals of Dr. Ambedkar in their lives and play an active role in building a just, harmonious and strong society.
