Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that immediate action should be taken on the priority issues of the state government. Complete the target by running the campaign. He said that schools are running in the state these days. During this campaign, which will last till July 15, more and more public school buildings should be dedicated and schools should be equipped so that the students can get maximum benefits in this session. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Sandipani Vidyalaya is the biggest innovation of the region. The School Education Department should prepare an action plan for its national and global branding. He said that special efforts should be made for the development of Chitrakoot. Sati Anusuiya Temple Complex, Sati Anusuiya Multi Facility Center and Gupta Godavari Temple Complex are to be constructed here, this work should be completed speedily. The Chief Minister said that the Uttar Pradesh government is ready for the Mandakini river linking project. The project will be finalized soon in the meeting of the Chief Ministers of the two states. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that religious and social organizations should be encouraged to build Dharamshala, Sarai, food sector, drinking water tank, hospital and other public use buildings in all religiously important pilgrimage sites of the region (like Amarkantak, Chitrakoot, Omkareshwar, Maheshwar, Datia, Orchha, Maihar etc.) This incentive can be done in the form of exemption in registry fees, grants or other concessions. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing a review meeting in the Ministry on Thursday regarding the updated progress and upcoming work plans (actions) of the departments on various relevant topics.
Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Neeraj Mandaloi, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Manish Rastogi, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Shivshekhar Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Sanjay Dubey, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Anupam Rajan and other Principal Secretaries and Secretary level officers were present in the meeting.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that efforts should be made to take back the land given to Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) of Bhopal by the government or to take back the currently unused land for BHEL. For this, coordinate with the Union Ministry of Heavy Industries and do this action as soon as possible. The Chief Minister said that a grand monument is to be constructed on the land of Union Carbide India Limited (UCIL) which is free from chemical waste, for this APCO should prepare a work plan and at present inspect the site of the museum prepared in Bhuj, Gujarat and make a formal proposal to prepare such a grand monument in Bhopal as well.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a campaign should be run in 53 thousand villages of the state for free registry of population in rural areas. He said that this campaign should be widely publicized. He said that for this village-to-village camps should be set up and the villagers should be registered. He said that the process of declaring inhabited land in rural areas should be simplified. Better preparations should be made for drinking water supply system in urban and rural areas during summer. This year drinking water transport situation has not been created in any district of the state.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the posts of home guards should be created in various temples of the region like Sri Mahakaleshwar temple and they should be appointed on the initiative of the temple committee. Firefighters should be given 20 percent reservation in the appointment of Special Armed Forces (Guard posts) in Madhya Pradesh Police. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed Additional Chief Secretary Home to take immediate action in this regard. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the system of the government is that all the government servants should stay in the office from 10 am to 6 pm on working days and complete their official duties. Punctuality is important for everyone. Biometric attendance should be arranged for punctual attendance and departure of officials and employees in the Ministry of State, Vidhyachal and Satpura. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that various departments of the state are running their own schools, all these schools should be rationalized. The hostels of all the classes should be jointly converted into one hostel and the students should be accommodated here. This will develop a sense of harmony in them. They should be named Samarasata Chhatravas.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that land is required for the development of Chitrakoot and Mamleshwar. Forest land should be used for this. It was informed that land allotment is being done for this work. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said to speed up the construction of Ram One Gamanpath project and Shrikrishna Pathey and complete it within the time frame. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that immediate action should be taken in the construction of a new airport in place of Ujjain’s Datana-Matana airstrip. Try to perform Bhumi Poojan here as soon as possible. It was informed that the land has been acquired for the construction of the new airport. Section 11 action has also been taken for this. Bhoomi-poojan will be done soon for the construction of this new airport.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav instructed the officials of all the departments to make action plans to fulfill the given targets as soon as possible.
