Quick resolution of CM Helpline complaints: Farmers’ fields have been brought back to life with the commissioning of solar pumps under the Saur Sujala Yojana.

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the state government is effectively delivering the benefits of schemes aimed at promptly resolving public problems and providing better facilities to farmers at the grassroots level. In this regard, under the guidance of District Collector Shri Kunal Dudawat, timely resolution of complaints received on the CM Helpline is being ensured.

A solar pump installed under the Saur Sujala Yojana on the farm of farmer Shri Ram, a resident of village Arsiyan in the Podi-Uporda development block of Korba district, suddenly stopped working due to a technical fault. The pump’s shutdown disrupted irrigation and caused problems in farming. To resolve his problem, Shri Ram filed a complaint on the CM Helpline portal.

Upon receiving the complaint, CREDA officials, under the direction of District Collector Mr. Kunal Dudawat, took the matter seriously and took immediate action. A technical team was dispatched to the site, where the solar pump was inspected and the necessary improvements and repairs were made. Subsequently, the solar pump was successfully restarted on July 16, 2026.

After the solar pump began operating smoothly again, irrigation work resumed in Shri Ram’s fields. With timely irrigation, his agricultural activities returned to normal and the difficulties he faced in caring for his crops were eliminated. Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the district administration, and CREDA for the prompt resolution of his problem, Shri Ram said that the CM Helpline’s prompt resolution of his problem brought him great relief.

CREDA officials stated that the operation and maintenance of all solar pumps installed under the Solar Sujala Scheme is being given top priority. Technical complaints received from farmers are promptly resolved so they do not face any inconvenience in irrigation work.

This success story shows that along with the public welfare schemes of the government, sensitive administration and prompt action are making effective solutions to the problems of common citizens possible and the trust of farmers in the government is continuously strengthening.
