Chief Secretary Mr. Vikassheel presented commendation letters for the month of May to the best officers and employees for resolving files through e-Office and attending office on time at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Mahanadi Bhawan, today. On this occasion, the Chief Secretary expected all officers and employees to perform their best on e-Office. He instructed all officers and employees to attend their offices on time. The Chief Secretary encouraged the officers and employees who performed well in the program and congratulated them for receiving commendation letters.
Among the departments, the Home Department ranked first for outstanding performance on e-Office, followed by Social Welfare Department in second place, and General Administration Department in third place. The commendation letters were received by Mrs. Shehla Nigar, Principal Secretary of the Social Welfare Department, Mrs. Neha Champawat, Secretary of the Home Department, and Mr. Rajat Kumar, Secretary of the General Administration Department.
The Chief Secretary also honored the departmental secretaries for their excellent work on e-Office. In this, Mr. Rajat Kumar, Secretary of the General Administration Department and the Industry and Commerce Department, was awarded first place for best file execution on e-Office. Mrs. Sushma Sawant, Principal Secretary of Law and Legislative Affairs, was awarded second place for her outstanding work on e-Office. Similarly, Mr. Himshikhar Gupta, Secretary of the Home and Labor Department, was awarded third place for her outstanding work on e-Office. The Chief Secretary also presented commendation letters to other employees, including Joint Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Under Secretaries, Section Officers, Senior Secretariat Assistants, and Junior Secretariat Assistants, for their outstanding work on e-Office.
In the Joint Secretary category, Mr. Anupam Trivedi, Joint Secretary of the Scheduled Tribes Development Department, was awarded first place for outstanding work on e-Office, while Mr. Bhupendra Kumar Rajput of the Scheduled Tribes Development Department was awarded second place. Mr. Kamlesh Bansod, Joint Secretary of the Transport Department, was awarded third place. In the Deputy Secretary category, Deputy Secretary of Forest and Climate Change Department, Shri Doordesi Ram Sontapar was awarded first place, Deputy Secretary of General Administration Department-1, Shri Kishore Kumar Bhuarya was awarded second place. Deputy Secretary of General Administration Department-6, Ritu Verma was awarded third place. In the Under Secretary category, Under Secretary of Law and Legislative Affairs Department, Shri Arun Kumar Mishra was awarded first place. Deputy Secretary of Home Department, Shri Puran Lal Sahu was awarded second place. Under Secretary of Commerce and Industry Department, Shri Maganlal Pawar was awarded third place.
The Chief Secretary honored Mr. Nandkumar Meshram, Section Officer of the General Administration Department-4 and 1, for his outstanding performance in e-Office in the Section Officer category. Mr. Virendra Kumar, Section Officer of the Health Department, was awarded second place, and Mr. Bholenath Sarathi, Section Officer of the Forest and Climate Change Department, was awarded third place. Similarly, in the Senior Secretariat Assistant category, Mr. Durgesh Ratre, Senior Secretariat Assistant of the Medical Education Department, was awarded second place. Mr. Ramgopal Sen, Senior Secretariat Assistant of the Public Health Engineering Department, and Mr. Kamlesh Yadav, Senior Office Assistant of the School Education Department, were awarded third place.
Similarly, in the Junior Secretariat Assistant category, Mr. Umesh Yadav, Junior Secretariat Assistant of the Urban Administration Department, was awarded first place, Mr. Bhanu Prasad, Junior Secretariat Assistant of the Electronics and Information Technology Department, was awarded second place, and Mr. Surendra Kumar, Junior Assistant of the General Administration Department-2, was awarded third place. Similarly, in the Grade 1, 2, 3 Computer Operator category of the Technical Section (Secretariat), Mr. Deepesh Kumar was awarded first place.
Officers and employees have been honored for their punctuality and presence in the office on time. In this, Under Secretary of Urban Administration Department Shri Anand Kumar Patel, Stenotypist Bhavna Yadav of Revenue Department, Junior Secretariat Assistant of Food and Civil Supplies Department Shri Hari Prasad, Private Secretary of General Administration Department Shri Harish Devangan, Chief Accounts Officer of General Administration Department Shri Jayant Kumar Devangan were honored. Similarly, Peon of General Administration Department Shri Jidhan Ram Sahu, Assistant Section Officer of Higher Education Department Shri Lok Narayan Sharma, Under Secretary of Chief Secretary’s Office Shri Om Prakash Patre were honored.
