- Faulty transformer replaced, villagers get big relief
- Villagers expressed their gratitude towards Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai.
The Chief Minister’s Camp Office, operated under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, is emerging as an effective medium for quick resolution of public problems. In this sequence, the long-disrupted power supply to the village of Bodalata, dependent on the Gram Panchayat Darakharika, under the Kunkuri development block of Jashpur district, has been restored, providing significant relief to the villagers.
According to reports, the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Darakharika submitted an application to the Chief Minister’s camp office stating that the entire village’s electricity supply had been disrupted due to a faulty transformer in Bodalata village. The lack of electricity was causing significant difficulties for villagers in their daily activities. Furthermore, since this area is elephant-infested, there was a potential for increased danger from wild elephant activity and venomous creatures during the dark. A prompt solution was demanded before the rainy season began.
Considering the seriousness of the matter, the Chief Minister’s camp office immediately directed the concerned department to take necessary action. Upon receiving the instructions, the Electricity Department took prompt action and replaced the faulty transformer, restoring power supply to the village of Bodalata.
The villagers are overjoyed with the restoration of electricity. Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, the villagers said that their problem was resolved quickly through the Chief Minister’s Camp Office, which brought them great relief.
It is noteworthy that through the Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Bagiya, an effective system has been developed to address problems related to electricity, drinking water, health, education, and other basic amenities. Priority action is being ensured on applications received from the public, providing immediate relief to the people and further strengthening their trust in the government.
