“Good Governance Festival 2026,” organized under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, has emerged as an effective means for quick resolution of problems faced by ordinary citizens across the state. Under this campaign, farmer Shri Avinash Lakra, resident of Kanchanpur, was presented with his “Kisan Kitab” (loan booklet) on the spot at a public problem resolution camp organized in the village panchayat Murta, under the Sitapur development block of Surguja district.
- The farmer’s worries were alleviated by receiving the loan book.
Avinash Lakra had been facing difficulties in agricultural work and various government processes due to not having a loan book for a long time. Upon applying at the Good Governance Festival camp, the Revenue Department acted swiftly and immediately provided him with a loan book. Upon receiving the document, Avinash expressed his delight, saying that his long-standing problem had now been resolved.
- Farmers will get benefits of registration, paddy purchase and schemes.
With the loan booklet, Avinash Lakra will now be able to easily register as a farmer. Through this, he will be able to sell paddy at the support price and easily access agricultural loans, income certificates, and other government schemes. This will facilitate many important tasks related to his farming.

Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, Avinash Lakra said that due to Good Governance Festival, problems are now being resolved in every village, and people do not have to visit government offices.
