- Shri Uday Pratap Singh, Minister of School Education inaugurated the new building of Government Public Higher Secondary School, Saikheda.
- A special event was held in the schools of the region on the second day of Guru Purnima fortnight, in which the Minister, public representatives, parents and students participated enthusiastically.
Guru Purnima Fortnight is being organized by Directorate of Public Education with the aim of creating a positive and cultured educational environment in the schools to inculcate respect, discipline, moral values and interest in Indian cultural traditions among the students studying in government schools of the state. On the second day of the event which started from 15th July, Guru Purnima fortnight was organized in all the schools of the state as well as Sandipani Vidyalayas. Chief Minister Dr. Under the leadership of Mohan Yadav, the Department of School Education is making an important effort in the direction of promoting quality, modern and valuable education in the region. As part of Sandipani Utsav, 39 new Sandipani Vidyalayas are being started in 19 districts of the region. These schools are being inaugurated in a phased manner during the Guru Purnima fortnight, so that the students will be provided with modern educational facilities, innovation based education system and excellent educational environment.
On Thursday, Minister of School Education Shri Uday Pratap Singh and Minister of Food and Civil Supplies Shri Govind Singh Rajput inaugurated the new building of Government Sandipani Higher Secondary School Saikheda in Narsinghpur district. 500 teachers, 5500 students, 2000 parents and 150 public representatives participated in the program. Along with this, in the presence of Government Sadipani Higher Secondary School Barrai District Bhopal MLA Shri Rameshwar Sharma and local dignitaries, public representatives and officers of School Education Department, Sandipani Utsav was organized. More than 300 persons and 700 students and teachers were present in it.
- Sandipani Vidyalaya will become a coordinated model of modern education and culture
The new Sandipani Vidyalayas being started in the state will provide students with quality education along with modern infrastructure, smart classrooms, innovation-based learning, experiential learning and better opportunities for personality development. Through these schools, all-round development of students will be given a new direction by integrating knowledge, skills, moral values and Indian cultural traditions.
- Inauguration of 39 schools in 19 districts of the state
Under Guru Purnima Pakhwada, 39 new sandipani schools are being inaugurated in phases in Bhopal, Dewas, Ratlam, Indore, Mandsaur, Narsinghpur, Bhind, Morena, Ashoknagar, Panna, Agar Malwa, Rajgarh, Khandwa, Umaria, Katni, Dindori, Raisen, Chhatarpur and Sehore districts. Through these schools, quality and modern education will be available to the students of the region. Along with this, an excellent educational environment will be strengthened in line with the National Education Policy-2020.
