Journalists performed yoga at Raipur Press Club on International Yoga Day.

 On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a special yoga session was organized for fellow journalists at the Raipur Press Club, Moti Bagh. A large number of journalists and Press Club officials participated in the program, practicing yoga and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The yoga session was led by senior yoga instructor Anita Sahu. Pallavi Chimnani and Ishani Totlani also led the practice of various yoga asanas and pranayama. The instructors explained the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga and emphasized the importance of making regular yoga a part of daily life.
On this occasion, Raipur Press Club President Mohan Tiwari, General Secretary Gaurav Sharma, Vice President Dilip Sahu, Treasurer Dinesh Yadav, Joint Secretary Nivedita Sharma, and Bhupesh Jangde, along with other officials and fellow journalists, practiced yoga and wished everyone a Happy International Yoga Day.

Press Club officials stated that yoga is an invaluable asset of Indian culture, the foundation of a healthy and balanced life. They urged all citizens to practice yoga regularly and be health conscious.
Raipur Press Club expressed its gratitude to all the participants, yoga instructors and associates for the successful organization of the program.

Along with the office bearers, prominent journalists Sushil Agarwal, Manish Vora, Rajesh Sonkar, Nishkarsh Parmar, Anuradha, Sudha Bagh, Syed Salma, Manisha, along with other journalists participated in the yoga program.
