Under Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai’s good governance, the Revenue Department’s DCS and AgriStack initiatives are proving helpful in digitally securing and organizing farmers’ land and crop records, as well as simplifying the process of availing government schemes. Farmer Manrakhan, son of Juman, resident of Ward No. 9, Sirimkela, Duldula tehsil, Jashpur district, has also benefited from this initiative.
- Digital records make land information easier
Beneficiary Manrakhan explained that previously, he faced difficulties obtaining information related to land survey and registration. He also had difficulty obtaining information about whether paddy surveys had been conducted and how much land area was registered.
After connecting to DCS and AgriStack, their land has been digitally recorded. This has made land documents and records secure and organized. Digital records have also made it easier to access crop and land-related information.
- Ease of availing benefits of various government schemes
Manrakhan stated that after connecting with DCS and AgriStack, it is becoming easier to access the benefits of schemes administered by the Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock, and Revenue departments based on eligibility. Digital records are also proving useful in the processes of schemes related to fertilizers, seeds, agricultural equipment, and livestock.
He explained that it is now easy to obtain crop and land information from the comfort of your home, either through a CSC center or online. Digital records are also expected to facilitate the process of selling produce, especially paddy.

Manrakhan said that the digital recording of land records in DCS and AgriStack has secured his land documents and made it easier to obtain information about his land and crops. He added that digital records will also facilitate the benefit of various government schemes from various departments as per eligibility. He expressed his gratitude to the Chhattisgarh government for this digital system.
