- Made aware of social issues for safe and strong future of daughters
Under the guidance of Women and Child Development Minister and Bhatgaon MLA, Smt. Laxmi Rajwade, approximately 600 girl students from various colleges in Surajpur district were shown the socially relevant film “The Kerala Story 2.”
Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade stated that in the changing social environment, it is crucial to educate, educate, and empower girls. She emphasized that it is crucial for girls to be informed about the various situations and challenges facing society so that they can make informed decisions and steer their lives towards a secure and empowered future. She emphasized that girls’ self-confidence and awareness are the greatest strengths for their secure future. A large number of girl students participated in the film, which focused on social issues, and learned important messages.

Minister Smt. Rajwade stated that the state government prioritizes the respect, safety, and empowerment of women and girls. Through the Women and Child Development Department, various schemes, programs, and initiatives are providing better opportunities for girls. The government’s effort is that every daughter of the state should move forward with education, security and self-respect and a positive environment should be created in the society.

During the program, the girl students talked about understanding social issues through the film and making themselves alert and self-confident. They expressed their gratitude to Minister Mrs. Laxmi Rajwade for this initiative and said that such events inspire them to become aware and responsible in life.
