For Mr. Doman Sahu and his wife, Mrs. Parvati Sahu, residents of Babai village in Kabirdham district, this journey was not just a religious pilgrimage, but also an opportunity to fulfill a dream they had cherished for years.
Mr. Doman Sahu explains that he had long desired to visit Lord Ram. Due to financial and other circumstances, he was unable to visit Ayodhya Dham to see Ram Lalla. Through this scheme, he and his wife, Mrs. Parvati Sahu, had the privilege of visiting Ayodhya Dham and seeing Lord Ram Lalla. They also visited Baba Vishwanath at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
Mr. Doman Sahu said that he had long desired to see Ram Lalla. When he and his wife, Mrs. Parvati Sahu, visited Ayodhya Dham and saw Lord Ram Lalla, they were moved. He said that this scheme of the Chhattisgarh government has made pilgrimage easier for ordinary families like his. Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, he said that having the opportunity to visit Ram Lalla in the magnificent Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya today is a deeply emotional and unforgettable experience for him.
On January 22, 2024, the historic ceremony of the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla was held in the newly constructed Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya. Following this historic occasion, devotees from across the country have been continuously arriving in Ayodhya Dham to visit Ram Lalla. The Chhattisgarh government’s Shri Ram Lalla Ayodhya Dham Darshan Scheme is connecting this faith with travel facilities for devotees.
Devotees were provided free bus service from Kawardha to Durg Railway Station. After this, they were taken to Kashi and Ayodhya Dham by special train. Throughout the journey, food, snacks, and tea were provided to the devotees, along with a medical team for health care.
After visiting Baba Vishwanath at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the devotees visited Ayodhya Dham and then visited Shri Ram Lalla. For many devotees who had long desired to undertake the pilgrimage, this journey brought an experience of faith, devotion, and spiritual satisfaction.
