The Revenue Department of Municipal Corporation Zone 5 immediately sealed the commercial properties of two major defaulters located at Maruti Business Park in Ward 39, as they had failed to pay outstanding dues to the Municipal Corporation since the 2018-19 financial year.

Under the orders of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shri Sambit Mishra and the directives of Additional Commissioner (Revenue) Shri Lokeshwar Sahu and Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Dr. Anjali Sharma, the Revenue Department is aggressively conducting a campaign to recover outstanding revenue across all 10 zones.

Today, a team from the Raipur Municipal Corporation Zone 5 Revenue Department took action against two defaulters—Anita Dayal and Saiprakash Development—located at Maruti Business Park within the Thakur Pyarelal Singh Ward (Ward No. 39).

These parties had failed to pay outstanding dues amounting to ₹1,31,628 and ₹1,80,607 respectively for shop units SF7B and FF3B since the 2018-19 financial year. Acting on the instructions of Zone 5 Commissioner Shri Khirsagar Nayak, and in the presence of Zone Assistant Revenue Officer Shri Pramod Jadhav, Revenue Inspectors Shri Khagendra Soni and Shri Manish Bhoi, along with Assistant Revenue Inspectors Vipin Soni, Devendra Netam, Ravi Soni, Mayank Yadav, and Manish Khunte, the Zone 5 Revenue Department immediately locked and sealed the commercial properties belonging to these two defaulters.
