Chhattisgarh Government’s Tourism and Culture Minister, Mr. Rajesh Agrawal, held a cordial meeting with respected citizens and residents of the region at his residence in Lakhanpur today. During the meeting, he listened seriously to the people’s problems, needs, and local issues and provided necessary guidance to the concerned officials for the prompt resolution of the complaints and demands received.
Minister Shri Agarwal interacted with the residents, inquiring about their problems and prioritizing each issue. He urged officials to ensure that there is no unnecessary delay in resolving issues concerning ordinary citizens. Eligible people should receive the benefits of government schemes and facilities in a timely manner, and that local problems should be resolved promptly, as per the rules.
He said that prompt resolution of the problems of the residents of the area is our priority. As a public representative, direct communication with the public is both his responsibility and an important means of public service. It is essential to ensure that the people of the area can easily contact him regarding their problems and needs and that their voices reach the relevant level.
Minister Shri Agarwal said that the state government is working with a commitment to public welfare and good governance. He directed officials to process the applications and problems received from area residents as per the rules and resolve them in a timely manner.
