CM Helpline 1076 provides immediate relief; applicant receives digital Kisan Kitab on complaint

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the Chief Minister’s Helpline 1076, operated for quick and effective resolution of common citizens’ problems, has emerged as a trusted platform for people. Through this system, complaints received are being resolved in a timely manner, providing relief to the general public. In this sequence, a complaint related to the Revenue Department in Surguja district was resolved promptly and a digital Kisan Kitab was made available to the applicant. The applicant, Shri Santosh Kumar Rajak, filed a complaint on June 10, 2026, using token number BB 260600003692, stating that a new loan book (Kisan Kitab) had not been provided after the division of land registered in the name of JJ Minj, father of the late Kashi Minj.

Upon receiving the complaint, the Tehsil Office, Ambikapur, conducted an investigation. The report of the concerned Halka Patwari found that the land in Khasra numbers 332/2, 338/4, 444/3, and 456/3 located in village Mendrakaala was duly registered in the revenue records. Following the investigation, the digital Kisan Kitab for the land was immediately sent to the applicant’s mobile number via WhatsApp, and he was notified of the same. The applicant expressed satisfaction with the prompt resolution of his complaint and thanked the Chief Minister’s Helpline 1076 and the district administration. This example demonstrates that the government’s public welfare initiatives are effectively reaching ordinary citizens, and their problems are being addressed with priority.
