Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that in the recent promotion campaign of the state government, maximum promotions have taken place in police. Therefore work should be done to maintain strong law and order situation, strict control on crimes and bring more results. Madhya Pradesh police should be considered as the best police in the country, so efforts should not be spared. Citizens have trust in the police, keep it up. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated the senior officers for the process of promotion of about 25 thousand posts of various levels in the police. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing a meeting of senior officials at the police headquarters. Additional Chief Secretary Home Department Mr. Sanjay Kumar Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Mr. Neeraj Mandaloi, Director General of Police Mr. Kailash Makwana were present in the meeting.

Like getting rid of Naxalism, Madhya Pradesh should do well before the deadline to get rid of drug addiction. Also reward those who contributed to Nashamukti Abhiyan for outstanding work. Illegal transportation of narcotics in border areas away from other states should be controlled.

In this regard, about 25,000 promotions have recently been made to various posts under special campaigns. There were no promotions for years from guard to sub-inspector and inspector. Promotions in the police department along with other departments will benefit the public in the form of better services. Further DPC tax process should be completed in case of vacancy. A calendar should be prepared for this. The backlog to fill the post should be eliminated. There should be no delay in filling the accepted post. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in this way the work of filling up the vacant posts at every level in the police should be done without delay. Pay attention to the appointments of Baiga, Saharia, Bharia, three special backward tribes of the region. In the six districts where these tribes reside, consideration should also be given to the recruitment of suitable youth in various services, including the police, according to their interest.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said to ensure that every district prepares its own band group on the upcoming Republic Day. Posts have not been filled in most of the districts. This work should be completed in remaining districts.
