The Council of Ministers approved the “Madhya Pradesh Uniform Civil Code, 2026” Bill dedicated to the spirit of equality and justice. Along with this, the Law and Legislative Affairs Department was authorized to complete the necessary constitutional and procedural formalities and submit it to the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha.

The Council of Ministers approved the Madhya Pradesh Code on Empowering Workplaces, 2026 (Madhya Pradesh Shram Shakti Samhita 2026). Along with this, the Labor Department was authorized to take advance action in the Vidhan Sabha.

The Council of Ministers approved the Madhya Pradesh Ease of Doing Business Bill, 2026. Along with this, the Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department was authorized to take advance action in the Vidhan Sabha.
- Sanction of Rs.776 Crore 13 Lakh for Upgradation of 73 Health Institutions in the State
The Council of Ministers has approved Rs 776 crore 13 lakh for upgradation of 73 sub health centres, primary health centres, community health centers and civil hospitals in the region to ensure easy and accessible access to quality health services to the citizens of the region.
The Council of Ministers approved the upgradation of 29 sub health centers to 6-tier primary health centers, 19 primary health centers to community health centers, 18 community health centers to 50-bed civil hospitals and 7 institutions to 100-bed hospitals. Creation of 1600 regular and 71 contract new posts in these institutions and a total of 560 persons have been approved for employment through outsourcing agencies. On this, the Council of Ministers has also approved an expenditure of Rs. 122.83 crore per year. The establishment and upgradation of health institutions will provide better medical facilities to the people of the area and the people of the surrounding areas.
