Tourism, Culture, Religious Trusts and Endowments Minister Shri Rajesh Agrawal met the residents of the area and listened to their problems during a public hearing at his residence in Lakhanpur. A large number of villagers, women and citizens who attended the event presented their problems related to roads, electricity, drinking water, revenue matters and social security schemes. Minister Shri Agrawal took each complaint seriously and directed the concerned departmental officials to take immediate action.
Minister Mr. Agarwal directed officials to discuss several issues on the spot and ensure resolution. He stated clearly that any negligence in public matters will not be tolerated and that every complaint must be resolved in a timely and quality manner.

During the public meeting, Minister Shri Agarwal said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, the state government is working with good governance, transparency, and development at its core. The government’s intention is to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach the last person in society, ensuring that eligible beneficiaries don’t have to run around offices. He said that special attention is being paid to infrastructure development, expansion of basic amenities, and effective implementation of public welfare schemes throughout the state, including the Ambikapur assembly constituency.
Minister Mr. Agarwal issued clear instructions to officials, urging them not to keep files pending unnecessarily and to show sensitivity in resolving public problems. He said that public trust is the government’s greatest asset, and maintaining this trust is the administration’s responsibility.
