Under the online counselling process conducted for admission in B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons) graduate course for the academic session 2026-27 in government and private colleges run under Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, provisional seats and colleges have been allotted to the selected candidates on the basis of merit list of PAT exam. From today till 22nd August, the documents will be verified from 8 am to 5:30 pm at Agriculture College, Raipur. Selected candidates will have to deposit the fees online from 20th to 23rd August to secure the provisional seat allotted to them.
Counselling Committee Chairperson Dr. Aarti Guhe, Dean, Agriculture College, Raipur informed that after seat allotment, if the selected candidate is unable to secure a seat for any reason and wants to participate in the next round of counselling, then he/she will have to apply online for this and such candidates who have not been allotted any seat till now will also have to apply online for spot and conversion counselling between 20th to 24th August, 2026 (11:30 pm).
If a candidate wishes to cancel their seat after securing it and does not wish to participate in any further process, they must do so between August 20th and 24th, 2026 (11:30 PM). Information on allotted and vacant seats will be made available on August 25th, 2026. The list of candidates registered for spot and conversion counseling will be uploaded on the university website on August 25th, 2026. Provisional seat and college allocation for spot counseling will be done between August 31st and September 1st, 2026. Candidates must appear at the College of Agriculture, Raipur, from August 31st to September 1st, 2026, for immediate document verification and online fee submission. For conversion counseling, candidates must appear at the College of Agriculture, Raipur on September 2, 2026, to obtain provisional seats, college allotment, submit documents, and submit fees online.
