- Instruct the outsourced employees to regularly liaise with the concerned agency for timely filling of posts to ensure timely payment
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla reviewed the various subjects of Public Health and Medical Department in the Ministry and instructed the officials to ensure effective, timely and quality implementation of all schemes and administrative works. He said that timeliness, transparency and accountability should be the top priority in every work related to health services, so that better and easy health facilities can be provided to the citizens of the region. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla directed to ensure timely payment of honorarium to the outsourced employees working in the department. He said that outsourced employees play an important role in the management of health services. In this case, there should be no unnecessary delay in their payment. He asked the officials to carry out regular monitoring of the payment process and ensure prompt resolution of pending cases. He said that the cases should be forwarded as soon as the budget is required.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla directed to complete the process of empanelment of hospitals under the Ayushman Bharat scheme as soon as possible and said that more and more suitable health institutions should be added to the scheme to provide quality treatment facilities to the eligible citizens. He also directed that the claims of the empaneled hospitals under the scheme should be paid within the stipulated time frame, so that the hospitals do not face any kind of financial hardship and the beneficiaries do not face any hindrance in treatment.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla directed that all the procedures for filling the posts should be completed within the stipulated time frame. He said that all the formalities related to the recruitment process should be completed with the highest priority, so that the necessary human resources can be available in the health institutions and the quality and vigilance of the health services can be continuously improved.
