 Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Saw participated in the first Teelin Satti Mata Festival.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao attended the first Teelin Satti Mata Festival organized by the Sahu Sangh Bastar Division in Keshkal, Kondagaon district, as the chief guest. Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap, MPs Shri Mahesh Kashyap and Shri Bhojraj, MLAs Shri Neelkanth Tekam and Shri Asharam Netam, along with numerous public representatives and prominent members of the community, were present at the event.

Addressing the event, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Saw, while paying homage to Teelin Satti Mata, extended his best wishes for the festival’s inaugural run. He said that pilgrims passing through the Keshkal Valley begin their journey with the blessings of Teelin Satti Mata, ensuring a successful and auspicious journey. He expressed confidence that the festival will be held in even greater grandeur in the coming years, and with everyone’s support, its prestige will continue to grow.

He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the pride of society and under his leadership, numerous public welfare schemes are being implemented for the welfare of villages, the poor, and farmers. He said that the Sahu community, along with other communities, is playing an important role in furthering the glory of Chhattisgarh Mata.

Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap said that Bastar is a symbol of social harmony and cultural unity. People from across the country gather here to worship Goddess Danteshwari. He called on the community to remain united. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, Bastar is steadily progressing towards development. The state government has resolved to make Bastar a developed division by 2030, for which public support is essential.

Bastar MP Shri Mahesh Kashyap stressed the need to be vigilant against forces that divide society and for all communities to work together. Keshkal MLA Shri Neelkanth Tekam also extended his best wishes for the successful organization of the festival.

On this occasion, Chairman of the Oil Mill Board, Shri Jitendra Sahu, former Minister Smt. Ramshila Sahu, Shri Tamradhwaj Sahu, Shri Kamalchand Bhanjdev, former MP Shri Deepak Baij, State President of Sahu Samaj, Dr. Nirendra Sahu and Festival Committee Coordinator Shri Rajesh Mayaram Sahu along with many officials and eminent citizens of Sahu Samaj were present.
