
The School of Arts and Humanities at MATS University, through its Hindi Department, organized a grand farewell ceremony for senior students by junior B.A. and M.A. students. On this occasion, the students participated enthusiastically, and the lively and emotional atmosphere created during the event made it memorable for everyone.
During the program, students presented colorful cultural performances, including songs, dances, and entertaining activities that captivated everyone. Additionally, various games and competitions were organized, in which students participated with great enthusiasm.
Based on the creative activities carried out by students in previous years, several students were selected and awarded; Aditya was chosen for Mr. Farewell, Pallavi Reddy received the title of Miss Farewell, similarly Masrat Fatima was awarded Miss Evening, Gaurav Maheshwari became Mr. Evening, Wajid was titled Mr. Macho, and Alefia was named Miss Gorgeous.

In the competitions held at the ceremony, in the ‘Wrong Answer Only Game’, Aditya secured the first position and Livyanshu secured the second position. Srishti emerged as the winner in the Musical Chair competition. Similarly, in the Paper Fold competition, Srishti secured the first position, while Pallavi and Livyanshu jointly secured the second position. Ankit was awarded the Overall Performance Award for excellent participation and overall performance in the program.

Dr. Reshma Ansari, Head of the Hindi Department, stated that the farewell ceremony is organized by the students every year. This year, as well, a large number of students participated with great enthusiasm, shared experiences of the past 4-5 years, and gave an emotional farewell to the senior students while wishing them a bright future. In the program, the department’s faculty members Dr. Surpana Shrivastava, Dr. Chhaya Saw, Ms. Surabhi Singh, Ms. Priyanka Goswami, and Sita Patle provided heartfelt support in making the event successful.
The Chancellor of MATS University, Mr. Gajaraj Pagaria, Director General Mr. Priyesh Pagaria, Vice Chancellor Dr. K.P.
