Saints associated with the Sarvodaya Peace Padyatra, led by Jain Muni National Saint Dr. Manibhadra Maharaj, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Shri Ramen Deka at Lok Bhavan today.

On this occasion, the Governor warmly welcomed the saints upon their arrival in Chhattisgarh and honored them with shawls. He stated that the thoughts and values of the saint community play a vital role in strengthening peace, harmony, morality, and human values in society. He described the Sarvodaya Peace Padyatra as an inspiring campaign for social harmony, non-violence, and universal brotherhood and wished it success. It

is noteworthy that the Padyatra, which began in Nepal and covered approximately 1,600 kilometers, reached Chhattisgarh. The objective of the Padyatra is to spread the message of peace, harmony, non-violence, and human values to the people.
Shri Ashok Patwa, President of Shri Shwetambar Sthanakavasi Jain Shramana Sangh, Raipur, and Shri Vinay Patwa, Executive President, and other officials of the Sangh were also present on the occasion.
