Will promote institutional cooperation in the field of public policy and good governance: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

  • An MoU was signed between Sushasan Sansthan and International Institute of Waste Management

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that institutional cooperation in the field of public policy and good governance will be promoted. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has taken the initiative to make the role of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis important for long-term cooperation in the areas of good governance, environmental protection, resource management, public policy and sustainable development. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav signed an MoU with the International Institute of Waste Management (IIWM).

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated all concerned office bearers for working jointly on the occasion of this MoU held at Samatva Bhawan, Chief Minister’s residence. On behalf of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, Vice President Prof. Rajiv Dixit and Shri Praveen Ramdas Managing Trustee on behalf of International Institute of Waste Management (IIWM) were present. Under this MoU, both institutes will jointly conduct research, training, capacity building programs and various academic and professional activities. It will be helpful in developing good governance, public policy, environmental management, quality knowledge and practical solutions. On the occasion of the MoU, Chief Executive Officer of the Institute Mr. Vibash Thakur and Trustee of IIWM Mr. Vijay Sakhlecha and Governing Council Member Dr. NP Shukla, Director General of Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology Dr. Anil Kothari and President of Hindi Granth Akademi Shri Ashok Kadel were present.
