Chief Secretary Shri Vikas Sheel honored ministerial officers and employees with certificates of appreciation for the month of July during a monthly felicitation program held at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur Atal Nagar. They were recognized for the swift and effective disposal of files via the e-Office system and for ensuring punctual office attendance. Similarly, for best performance in e-Office operations, the Public Health and Family Welfare Department was awarded first place, the Tribal Development Department second place, and the Village Industries Department third place.
While congratulating the award recipients, the Chief Secretary expressed the expectation that all officers and employees would continue to perform well in e-Office operations. He emphasized that every officer and employee must complete at least 3 to 4 courses per month on the iGOT platform, tailored to their department’s requirements. The Chief Secretary also honored officers and employees who demonstrated outstanding performance on the iGOT platform at the state level with certificates of appreciation.
In the category ranging from Joint Secretary to Junior Secretariat Assistant, the following were honored for e-Office rankings: Shri Sachchidanand Alok (Additional Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department) secured first place; Smt. Jayshree Jain (Joint Secretary, Forest and Climate Change Department) secured second place; and Shri Bhupendra Kumar Rajput (Joint Secretary, Tribal Development Department) secured third place. Among Deputy Secretaries, Shri Doordeshi Ram Sontapar (Forest and Climate Change Department) took first place, Shri Vipul Kumar Gupta (Labour Department) took second place, and Smt. Ritu Verma (General Administration Department, Cell-8) took third place. Among Under Secretaries, Shri Puran Lal Sahu (Home Department) secured first place, Shri Kailash Kumar Netam (General Administration Department, Cell-1) secured second place, and Smt. In the three-month department ranking, the Public Health…The Department of Public Health and Family Welfare secured the second position, and the Department of Forest and Climate Change secured the third position; both were honored for their achievements.
In the e-Office ranking for departmental officials, Ms. Rita Yadav (Commissioner, Higher Education Department) secured the first position; Mr. D. Rahul Venkat (Commissioner, Tribal Development Department) secured the second position; Mr. John Tigga (Additional Director, Higher Education Department) secured the third position; Mr. Ved Prakash Dewangan (Assistant Grade-3, Medical Education Department) secured the fourth position; and Mr. Pitambar Prasad (Data Entry Operator, Public Health and Family Welfare Department) secured the fifth position.
