Tourism and Culture Minister Shri Rajesh Agrawal stated this on Saturday at the closing ceremony of the block-level Surguja Olympics 2026, held at PM SHRI Vidyalaya, Lakhanpur. Lundra MLA Shri Pramod Minj was also specially present on this occasion.

Attending the closing ceremony, Tourism Minister Shri Rajesh Agrawal encouraged the players and praised their sporting skills, zeal, and winning spirit. He remarked that the Surguja Olympics is not merely a sports competition but a significant platform for recognizing rural talent, allowing youth to showcase their capabilities, and inspiring them to move forward in life through sports. Such events not only increase interest in sports among the youth but also strengthen the spirit of healthy competition and mutual harmony.
