The desire for a permanent home is a common goal that motivates individuals to work hard. Mr. Ravindra Pandey was able to achieve his dream of owning a pucca house through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The Chhattisgarh Government, led by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, is dedicated to providing proper housing facilities to homeless families in the state, improving their living standards and ensuring stability. Thanks to the efforts of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, many poor families now have a roof over their heads and the security of a permanent residence.
The Chhattisgarh Government’s initiative has brought to fruition the aspirations of Mr. Ravindra Pandey and his elder brother, Mr. Kashiram Pandey, who reside in Kumharpara in Narayanpur district, to finally have a place they can call their own. Mr. Ravindra Pandey expressed his gratitude towards the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, acknowledging it as a true blessing. Recalling the challenges they faced in the past, Mr. Ravindra Pandey mentioned the struggles of living in a temporary shelter, enduring issues such as a leaking roof during the rainy season and sleepless nights due to the cold. However, with the provision of a permanent house through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban), these difficulties have now been resolved. The new pucca house is registered under the names of Mr. Ravindra Pandey and his elder brother. Additionally, he highlighted that his family receives Rs 1,000 per month under the “Mahatari Vandan Yojana” and managed to sell paddy at a support price of Rs 3,100 this year. Furthermore, through the “Ujjwala Yojana”, the state government has facilitated a gas connection for their household. Mr. Ravindra Pandey expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai for the successful execution of these beneficial welfare schemes, which have significantly improved the quality of life for him and his family.
