 Major relief for the family of the deceased in the accident: Rs 2 lakh assistance approved, prompt action taken after application at CM Camp Office, Bagiya

The impact of the state government’s public welfare initiatives is now clearly visible on the ground. Under the Tendu Leaf Social Security Scheme, financial assistance of ₹2 lakh has been approved for an affected family in Jashpur district, providing them with crucial support during difficult times.

According to reports, the late Vinod Sai, a resident of Fardabahar village in Farsabahar tehsil of Jashpur district, suffered serious injuries after slipping while bathing in a river. His family rushed him to the hospital, but he died during treatment. Following this tragic incident, the family was struggling financially.

The deceased’s wife, Chiranjeevi Pankra, submitted an application to the Chief Minister’s camp office in Bagiya regarding her problem and sought assistance under the Tendu Leaf Social Security Scheme. Initially, she was unable to receive benefits under the scheme.

Upon learning of the case, the Chief Minister’s Camp Office took immediate action and issued necessary instructions to the concerned department. Administrative initiatives expedited the process, and ultimately, an insurance assistance of ₹2 lakh was approved for the family.

Upon receiving the assistance, the family expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, saying that the government had provided them with sensitivity and assistance in their time of grief. They also praised the proactive work of the Chief Minister’s Camp Office.
