- Over 441 government services available on a single online platform, with over 30 departments connected
As per the wishes of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the Seva Setu Centre, operated with the aim of quick, transparent and effective resolution of the problems of the common people, is providing relief to the people by becoming a powerful medium of public service and good governance in the districts of the state. In this sequence, under the direction of Collector Sakti Shri Amrit Vikas Topno in Sakti district, the complaints and applications received are being resolved with sensitivity and promptness, due to which the citizens are getting the benefit of government services in a timely manner. In this sequence, Shri Raj Kumar Sidar, resident of village Kumharipathan, submitted an application through Seva Setu Centre for getting caste certificate, residence certificate and income certificate made for his daughter Geetanjali.
The center successfully registered the application online and forwarded it to the concerned department. After completing the prescribed procedures, all necessary certificates were issued to the beneficiary on time. The timely receipt of documents resolved a long-standing problem for Raj Kumar Sidar and also facilitated the path for his daughter to avail of various government schemes and facilities. Raj Kumar Sidar said that he had been expecting a solution to his problem, but he is extremely pleased with the prompt action. He said that the Seva Setu Center has emerged as an effective medium for resolving the problems of common citizens, and through it, people are getting timely relief.
Expressing gratitude towards Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai and the district administration, Raj Kumar Sidar said that the common citizens are getting real benefits from the sensitive and public welfare working of the government and the problems of the needy people are being resolved promptly and they are being provided timely relief.

Under the Seva Setu Kendra initiative, launched under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, more than 441 government services, including income, caste, residence certificates, marriage certificates, name change, land copy, are now being made available on a single online platform, Seva Setu. Seva Setu is providing a one-stop solution to citizens, enabling them to apply online and avail various services within the stipulated time frame. This initiative is not only a technological change, but also a symbol of positive change in administrative functioning, which has further strengthened the public’s trust in the government system.
- ‘More than 30 departments integrated, services become simpler and more transparent’
Previously, only 86 services were available on the e-District platform. Keeping in mind the needs of the public, an upgraded version, Seva Setu, was developed, which now offers over 441 services. Fifty-four new services have been added, while 329 redirected services from various departments have also been integrated. Currently, over 30 departments are connected to this platform, eliminating the need for citizens to rely on separate portals. Previously, limited government services were available through Common Service Centers. Now, through Seva Setu centers, numerous citizen services, including birth and death certificates, income, caste, residence certificates, and marriage registration, are being made available on a single platform. This has further strengthened the government’s efforts to ensure that the benefits of public welfare schemes and services reach the last person.
