Former Chief Minister Shri Digvijay Singh met Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at Samatva Bhawan, the Chief Minister’s residence, and discussed the ongoing wheat procurement in the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed him that so far, slots for procurement of more than 80 lakh metric tons of wheat have been booked, and the number of slot bookings is continuously increasing. The state government is committed to procuring wheat from the farmers of the state. All possible arrangements have been made for the convenience of the farmers. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that he himself is continuously monitoring the procurement process.
