- The public will get pure drinking water facility
The state government is continuously working to provide better basic amenities to citizens. In this regard, thanks to the efforts of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister, Mrs. Laxmi Rajwade, a water filter has been installed in the Latori Tehsil complex of Surajpur district to provide pure drinking water. This initiative will provide clean and cool drinking water to villagers, farmers, and the general public visiting the Tehsil office during the summer season.
Minister Smt. Rajwade, keeping in mind the needs of the area’s residents, directed the strengthening of drinking water facilities in the tehsil complex. The water filters installed under this initiative will benefit the large number of people who visit the tehsil daily. This will not only ensure the availability of drinking water, but will also provide the public with health benefits from access to clean water.
On this occasion, Tehsildar Mr. Surendra Paikra, while praising the public welfare efforts of Minister Mrs. Rajwade, said that with the installation of water filter in the Tehsil premises, pure drinking water will be available to hundreds of people coming there every day. Local public representatives and officials of public representative organizations also welcomed this initiative and called it an important step towards public welfare.
