Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the consecration of a temple and the proximity of saints is achieved only after the merits of many births. Describing the Guru-disciple tradition as the immortal heritage of Indian culture, he said that God saves the society from going astray only through saints. He laid special emphasis on the basic mantra of Jainism “Live and let live” and the path of non-violence. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Indian culture teaches us that every moment of life and every particle of the system should be used for public welfare. Having compassion towards humanity and all living beings is the basis of our culture.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav attended the ‘Pratishtha Mahotsav’ and ‘Labharthi Bahuman Sammelan’ of the Jain Samaj in Indore on Sunday as the chief guest. The Chief Minister paid homage to Gachchadhipati Acharya Shrimadvijay Hiteschandrasurishwarji Maharaj Sahib and received his blessings.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also shared his intimate and deep connection to Mohankheda Tirtha. He interestingly mentioned that Acharya Shri named this sacred Tirtha after his name (Mohan), which is a matter of immense joy and pride for him personally. He described Mohankheda Tirtha as a major center of devotion and faith not only for the state, but for the entire country and the world. He expressed confidence that such spiritual events infuse positive energy and harmony into society. The Chief Minister congratulated the entire trustee family and organizing committees for the successful event and assured that the state government will continue to provide all possible support to such spiritual and social activities in the future.
In his auspicious discourse, Acharya Shri Hiteshchandrasurishvarji Maharaj praised Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s simple nature and his unwavering devotion to religion. Acharya Shri said that only when governance and spiritual practice are coordinated can a nation progress. Blessing the Chief Minister, he said that just as he is engaged in public service, his contribution to the preservation of religion and culture is equally significant. Highlighting the spiritual significance of the Pratishtha Mahotsav, Acharya Shri explained that such events purify the soul and promote goodwill in society.
