Our farmers, through their hard work, are providing food and all essential food items to the countrymen. The state government stands with farmers at every step. To give farmers due recognition for their hard work, the state government has initiated wheat procurement. All facilities are being provided to farmers at every wheat procurement center. Farmers in the state have planted wheat, and thanks to Mother Earth, wheat production has doubled this year. In addition to purchasing wheat at the support price, farmers are also being given a bonus of ₹40 per quintal. True to its commitment, the state government is purchasing wheat this year at ₹2,625 per quintal. Every grain of their produce will be purchased from farmers. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was expressing his views on Thursday while attending the Srimad Bhagwat Katha presented by Saint Shri Pandit Kamal Kishore Nagar at Hatkeshwar Dham Semli Ghat in Shujalpur. Earlier, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also conducted a surprise inspection of wheat procurement centers in Shujalpur, Shajapur district.

He said that the state government has resolved to develop every place of Lord Krishna’s pastimes, including Janapav and Sandipani Ashram near Ujjain, as sacred pilgrimage sites. Geeta Bhawans are being built in all urban bodies of the state, and one ideal Vrindavan village is being built in each district.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government has also promoted the ancient cultural heritage. Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar had built the Kashi Vishwanath Dham and the Madhya Pradesh government has installed a Vedic clock there. On Wednesday, Prime Minister Shri Modi inspected this historic clock. All religions are respected equally in Indian culture. 33 crore gods and goddesses reside in the cow. Along with opening new cow shelters in the state, they are being made fully equipped. Cow milk eliminates malnutrition in children and animal husbandry also helps farmers in increasing their income.
