- Benefits of schemes being provided through camps in remote areas
As per the government’s intention, camps are being continuously organised in the remote rural areas of the state under the Tribal Dignity Festival and Public Participation Campaign on the theme of “Farthest, First”. Through these camps, the villagers are being made available the benefits of schemes and services of various departments at one place.

In this sequence, camps were organised in Neelkanthpur of Kusmi development block, Trishuli of Ramchandrapur and Lau of Rajpur of Balrampur district, where a large number of villagers participated. Health check-up, Ayushman card, ration card, labour card, birth-death certificate, pension and revenue related services were provided in the camps.
More than 400 villagers participated in the Neelkanthpur camp, where health check-up, labour card distribution, Annaprashan and Godhbharai programmes were organised. At the Trishuli camp, Aadhar card, caste-residence certificate, veterinary services and benefits of various departmental schemes were provided.

In the camp organised at Lau of Rajpur Janpad Panchayat, special backward tribal hill Korwa families were benefited from the government schemes. The problems of the villagers were also resolved through public hearings in the camps.
The Tribal Dignity Festival and Public Participation Campaign are becoming an effective medium to reach the government schemes to the tribal communities living in remote areas.
