Mr. Mahendra Kumar Bagodiya, Vice President of Chhattisgarh Tea Traders Association and Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce and Industries, paid a courtesy call on Governor Mr. Ramen Deka at Lok Bhavan.
Mr. Bagodiya said that he has been associated with the tea industry of Kolkata since 1964 and is currently active in the field of tea business in Raipur. During the meeting, he informed about the possibilities of tea cultivation in Chhattisgarh.
The Governor discussed in detail the development of tea industry in the state on the lines of tea gardens of Assam and provided necessary guidance.
